- Event Name
- Event Date
- Event set-up time
- Event start time and end time
- Event Coordinator with email address
- Any other comments as needed, i.e., table and chair requirements, sound system needed, etc.
- Red – Main Hall
- Yellow – Setup in Main Hall
- Blue – Library
- Green – Shuffleboard Courts
- Orange – Pool
- Purple – Lake
- Aqua – Board Conference Room
- Gray – Cancelled event
